Welcome to TraderMatch. By joining the waitlist, creating an account, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Not financial advice
TraderMatch is a social and networking platform — not a broker, advisor, or financial institution. Nothing on TraderMatch is investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. Anything you read from other members is their personal opinion. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own decisions; always do your own research.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use TraderMatch. By using the service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Your account
You’re responsible for the accuracy of your profile and for keeping your login credentials secure. Don’t impersonate others or misrepresent your identity, experience, or track record. You may not create an account on behalf of someone else.
Acceptable use
When using TraderMatch, you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, defraud, or harm other members.
- Solicit funds, promote unsolicited “signals” or schemes, or send spam.
- Post unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or other members’ data.
- Use TraderMatch for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Subscriptions & payments
Some features require a paid plan. Prices and what’s included are shown before you purchase. Paid plans renew until cancelled, and payments are processed securely by our payment provider — we never store your full card details. Founding-member perks are offered at our discretion to early members.
Content & conduct
You own the content you post and grant us a limited license to display it as part of operating the service. You’re responsible for your interactions with other members. Meet new people safely and use good judgment — we don’t conduct background checks on members.
Termination
You can stop using TraderMatch and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service and its members.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TraderMatch is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any trading losses, arising from your use of the service or your interactions with other members.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. If we make material changes, we’ll take reasonable steps to let you know. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
